What We Offer
Food as Care. Not a Punishment.
Six service streams, each built around a specific life stage or health goal. Everyone is available virtually across Ontario — no commute, no waitlist for access, no referral needed.
Women's Health Nutrition
PCOS/PMOS | Fertility | Hormonal Health
Hormonal imbalances affect how your body responds to food — and not all nutrition advice accounts for that. Bianca works with women experiencing PCOS, irregular cycles, fertility challenges, and hormone-related symptoms to build a nutrition strategy that supports hormone balance, energy, and long-term wellbeing. No fad diets. No elimination protocols that leave you depleted.
Focuses: blood sugar regulation · anti-inflammatory eating · cycle syncing · supplement guidance · weight-neutral support
Pregnancy & Postpartum Nutrition
Prenatal | Breastfeeding | Postpartum | Recovery
Pregnancy changes everything — including your nutritional needs. Bianca provides evidence-based guidance throughout the full perinatal journey: from preconception through the fourth trimester. Managing nausea, food aversions, milk supply, or postpartum exhaustion — you’ll have a plan that nourishes both you and your baby without overwhelm.
Focuses: trimester-specific nutrition · iron & folate optimization · lactation support · postpartum nutrient repletion · return to intuitive eating
Relationship with Food & Body
Disordered Eating | Intuitive | Eating | Emotional Eating
Food relationships are complicated — especially when diet culture, chronic stress, or a health diagnosis has disrupted the way you relate to eating. Bianca takes a non-diet, trauma-informed approach to help you rebuild trust with food and your body at your own pace, without rigid rules or moral framing around what you eat.
Focuses: disordered eating behaviours · emotional & stress eating · body image · restriction and binge cycles · weight-neutral goal setting
Pediatric Nutrition
Introduction to Solids | Allergies | Picky Eating
Feeding kids well is one of the most asked-about — and least clearly answered — topics in parenting. Bianca provides evidence-based guidance for families introducing solids, navigating food allergies, managing selective eating, and building healthy eating foundations from the very beginning.
Focuses: baby-led weaning vs. purees · allergen introduction · selective eaters · growth & development nutrition · family mealtime strategies
Weight-Inclusive Nutrition Support
Weight-inclusive care means your health goals are supported without the pressure of a number on a scale. Bianca practices HAES®-aligned nutrition counselling, focusing on sustainable habits, metabolic health, energy, and overall wellbeing — not weight loss as a primary outcome.
Focuses: intuitive eating · hunger & fullness cues · chronic condition nutrition · sustainable lifestyle support · body respect

Understanding the service
What is a Registered Dietitian?
A Registered Dietitian (RD) is a regulated health professional with university-level training in food, nutrition science, and medical nutrition therapy. Unlike nutritionists, the title “Registered Dietitian” is legally protected in Ontario — meaning every RD has met rigorous academic, clinical, and licensing standards set by the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
Working with a dietitian isn’t about being handed a meal plan and sent on your way. It’s a clinical, conversational process — one that starts with understanding your full health picture and ends with a strategy that actually fits your body, your lifestyle, and your goals. Whether you’re managing a diagnosed condition, navigating a hormonal transition, or simply trying to feel better in your own skin, an RD provides the evidence, the structure, and the support to get you there.
Your body has questions. Let's answer them — over a snack.

Are sessions virtual or in person?
All dietitian sessions are virtual, so you can be seen from anywhere in Ontario — including from your kitchen, while feeding a baby, or on lunch break.
Do I need a referral to see a dietitian?
No referral is needed. You can book directly online through Bravella Health booking system. If your extended health insurance requires a referral for reimbursement, contact your provider to confirm your specific plan details.
Is dietitian care covered by insurance in Ontario?
Most extended health benefit plans in Ontario cover Registered Dietitian services. Femade provides official receipts for submission to your insurer. We recommend confirming your specific coverage directly with your plan provider before your first session.
Is this a weight-loss program?
No. Bianca takes a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach. While improved metabolic health and sustainable habits are common outcomes, sessions are not structured around weight loss as a primary goal. The focus is on your overall health, energy, and relationship with food.
Can you work with me if I have PCOS / PMOS?
Yes — PCOS/PMOS is one of Bianca’s core areas of specialization. Sessions cover blood sugar regulation, anti-inflammatory nutrition, cycle support, fertility optimization, and managing PCOS symptoms holistically — without restrictive diets that are often recommended but rarely sustainable long-term.
Do you offer pediatric nutrition support?
Yes. Bianca works with parents on introducing solids, managing food allergies, supporting selective eaters, and building healthy eating habits for the whole family. Sessions can include the parent alone or together with the child, depending on age and needs.
