"I want every woman who sits across from me to feel truly heard — and to know that the strength that's carried her this far can also carry her through this next chapter."

— Chantal Simms, MSW & RSW, Psychotherapist

Her Story

You've spent a lifetime being capable. Let this be a space to simply be.

Chantal Simms is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s most complex and meaningful transitions. She is proud to be part of the Vital Physiotherapy & Wellness team through Bravella Health, a women’s health network dedicated to integrated, whole-person care.

Her clinical work is grounded in extensive training in evidence-based approaches, including CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based therapies, and other integrative methods. She brings experience from Women’s College Hospital–affiliated care environments, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams.

Chantal has a particular passion for working with women who have spent much of their lives coping through competence, responsibility, and resilience and who may find these strategies feel less effective during midlife. Together, she helps clients build new, sustainable ways of coping.

Evidence-Based & Integrative

CBT, EFT, IFS, and mindfulness-based approaches tailored to what each client needs — including support for mood, sleep, and vasomotor symptoms.

For the Capable & Tired
