Painful periods are not something that you ‘just have to live with’.

Many of our clients mention that they experience painful period symptoms.[1] They often mentioned this as an aside, not the primary reason they are seeking support. While some of you have learned to adapt and live with cramps and discomfort during this time of the month, it’s important to understand that painful PMS symptoms that interfere with your day are NOT something to ignore, they are treatable[2,3] and you don’t have to live with it!

Pelvic health physiotherapy can support you with PMS symptoms, including:

  • Severe menstrual cramps
  • Lower back pain
  • Abdominal bloating
  • Pelvic pain
  • Painful intercourse

If you are experiencing PMS symptoms, we are here to support you! Our goal is to empower you to take control of your health and live a life free from the limitations of severe PMS. Don’t let painful cramps and bloating hold you back any longer!
