Clinical Focus

What Isabella treats & supports.

01

Urinary Incontinence

Stress incontinence (leaks with coughing, sneezing, exercise), urge incontinence (sudden urgency), and mixed presentations — assessed and treated through pelvic floor rehabilitation, bladder retraining, and individualized exercise programming.

02

Complex Pelvic Pain

Chronic pelvic pain, pelvic floor hypertonicity, interstitial cystitis, bladder pain syndrome, tailbone pain (coccydynia), and conditions like endometriosis that produce significant pelvic floor dysfunction

03

Sexual Pain

Vaginismus, vulvodynia, dyspareunia (pain with intercourse), and other forms of genito-pelvic pain — addressed through manual therapy, progressive desensitization, and education in a safe, non-judgmental space.

04

Pelvic Organ Prolapse
Conservative physiotherapy management of cystocele, rectocele, uterine prolapse, and vault prolapse — building pelvic floor strength and support, reducing symptoms, and improving quality of life without or alongside medical intervention.

05

Diastasis Rectus Abdominis (DRA)

Separation of the abdominal muscles — commonly postpartum but also present in other populations. Isabella addresses DRA through core rehabilitation, load management, and returning to full physical function safely and progressively.
