Registered Acupuncturist.
Negeen Aidun, RAc
Negeen came to acupuncture at sixteen through her own healing — anxiety, PCOS, and a body she didn’t yet understand. That experience now shapes the way she cares for others. Her practice is evidence-informed, deeply human and intentional.

A healer who has walked the path herself.
I grew up surrounded by acupuncturists, naturopaths and natural medicine. But my true passion for acupuncture began during my own healing journey. At sixteen, struggling with overwhelming anxiety, I turned to acupuncture — and discovered how profoundly it could transform my wellbeing.
I saw firsthand how powerful this medicine was, not just for mental health but for regulating my cycles and managing my PCOS. I knew then that I wanted to help others experience the same transformation.
I was also fortunate to work as an assistant to my acupuncturist for seven years, where I gained invaluable insight into holistic healing before going on to pursue my formal education.
Today, my practice is a safe and welcoming space for everyone — regardless of age or gender — and I strive to create an environment where all individuals feel comfortable and supported.
Originally from Montreal, I moved to Ottawa for Acupuncture school and quickly fell in love with this city. I am deeply glad to have planted my roots here.
